This is a good area for exploring on two wheels, and visitors taking mountain bikes have found good tracks for rough terrain riding on the Causse. Horse riding is also available at Thémines and Théminettes, and there are many footpaths in the Lot called Grand Randonnées (G.R.s).

The Dordogne provides many opportunities for canoeing, with hire centres at many places including Beaulieu, Port Loisirs and Souillac. Passenger trips on old barges are also available on the Lot from Cahors.

Tennis may be played at the camp site at Lacapelle-Marival, and also at Aynac. A nine-hole golf course is 15-20 minutes drive from Maison Lafeuille at Montal.

At the house, there are further details of sightseeing, sports and other leisure activities including childrens' attractions.

During the summer, guests can enjoy evening entertainment at one of the local jazz or music festivals in nearby Assier or St Céré or simply to sample the cuisine at one of the excellent local restaurants all the year round.
