Inside, the spacious accommodation retains its whitewashed and bare stone walls, original inglenook fireplaces and striking oak timberwork and floorboards whilst providing comfortable modern facilities.

The sturdy oak kitchen cupboards and generous work surfaces were locally built and complement the rustic charm of a large inglenook fireplace with its Godin wood stove. The appliances include five burner gas hob with fan assisted oven, two fridge/freezers, dishwasher and microwave, strategically sited around a refectory table.

An imposing living room with generous and comfortable seating around a vast inglenook fireplace also provides a large oak dining table and a good upright piano for musical soirées. An ancient door gives access to the 'bolet', a large covered balcony ideal for breakfast and aperitifs.
