Outside the summer months wood for the stove is included in this rental; hot water is included in the price throughout the year (electrically heated).

Booking Arrangements

Payment: 50% of the total rental cost for the period desired is required at the time of booking. (NB. For bookings of multiple weeks it may be possible to pay this deposit in instalments - please enquire). This sum is not returnable in the event of the booking being cancelled; if we are able to re-let, only the cost of re-advertising will be retained. The balance plus a returnable security deposit of 150 euros week is payable no later that 8 weeks before departure when the key can be collected or delivered. At this stage a list of names of members of the party will be requested by means of a booking form which should be completed and returned.

All payments are to be transferred electronically to our bank account in France – or UK, if paid in GBP Sterling

The deposit is returned upon safe receipt of the returned keys, minus the cost of any breakages or extra cleaning.

Booking periods from Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival is from 4.30 p.m. (earliest, to allow for cleaning)

Departure by 11.00 a.m. (latest, please)

It is essential visitors observe these times otherwise inconvenience is caused to subsequent guests.
